Love is a feeling we experience within each of us – no exception. And so there really is no abundance or lack of it. It only is.

It is so much a part of our being human. And yet, at the same time, love is bigger than that. Much, much bigger than that. Much, much bigger than us, or even the sum of all of us. Love is in all and so it endures. That’s what’s so amazing about it. Since times past and for times ahead, it endures.

It is exactly this that allows us to be free – unburdened by judgment. We reflect love always, and we ourselves are a source of love always. Let us know this, for in this knowing, we are truly, truly free.

How absolutely blessed we are to be so loved that we are given free will. If there is perhaps one thing that NLP has taught me so far is just how absolutely (and if I can think of a stronger word than ‘absolutely’, I would!) free we are to choose – and that includes the choice to not choose, which is still a choice! In each moment. And that is so tremendously precious!

It is so simple, and yet we insist – sometimes even demand! hahaha – on making it hard. Freedom is just the consistent practice of our ability to choose – whether consciously or otherwise, preferably the latter – to do what we would rather do, and to be grateful for, at peace with, and even amazed with our experiences after. My children and I were just discussing that last night. As humans, we are so much happier whenever we come up as we are, however that may be for us, and whenever we recognize and are honest with our feelings. And this encourages us to explore, to be curious about our experiences, and it allows us to be!

At then, at the end of all that exploration, we find that, incredulously, joyously, after and beyond all that, love endures.
