What is NLP?

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is the study of the structure of human experience.   
It studies how our brains process information that affect our perception, which then give rise to our behaviors and choices.
 
It studies how our programming affects the way we communicate and how we perceive the world, and allows us to explore what else might be available.
