Experience has Structure (NLP Presuppositions)
Recall how you started your day today. How you started your day was an experience you had.

As you recall that experience, several images would’ve flitted through quite quickly through your mind. Perhaps there are sounds there as well.
The pictures, sounds, feelings, smells, and tastes that come up as we experience an experience are what make the structure of that experience. And decoding that structure helps us wonderfully to shift the way we experience our experiences so that we have more choice to move toward what we would like.
