Attending the NLP Marin alumni gathering at Bishop’s Ranch in Healdsburg has been such a profound experience.

 

Today, this persimmon tree figured meaningfully in a family constellation session for me—a symbol of full, quiet abundance available in the heart of winter. A reminder that some fruits aren’t meant for haste; they ripen precisely when they’re meant to be seen, to be gathered.

 

It felt like an echo of something deep inside: the hard-won knowledge coming to fruition, the calm of growing in all directions at once, and the beautiful, exposed act of learning to ask, to take, and to receive what is already there.

 

Progress is an inside job. What we nurture within inevitably mirrors itself all around us. And the view from here is abundant in every direction.
